Remote - Support
We use the TeamViewer application as part of our remote support services. TeamViewer works with full encryption based on a 2048 bit RSA public / private key exchange and AES (256 bit) session encoding. This technology is also used with https / SSL and is considered completely secure according to today’s standard of technology. Since the private key never leaves the client computer, this process technically ensures that computers connected in between cannot decipher the data stream on the Internet.
