Cristie time allotment+ compact

The Cristie Time Quota+ is available in different units (10, 20, 50 or 100 hours). You define when you need which support. The support provided will be charged for every quarter of an hour that has been worked. The quota has a response time of 4 hours (Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00) and can be used for the following scenarios:

  • monitoring
  • stand-in
  • managed services
  • configuration
  • updates
  • Error isolation and elimination
  • communication with manufacturers
  • advisory
  • analysis
  • (Remote) training
  • Assistance in acute situations

Support is provided by phone, remote tool, VPN or on-site (by agreement). The time quota can be used flexibly for all of the above-mentioned topics. The scope of services is transparently defined and documented in tickets.

Exemplary Uses

Active monitoring:

The constant monitoring of your backup environment takes up time that you don’t have with ongoing projects? Submit this task quickly, flexibly and without a contract! Here you decide how often the monitoring should take place. As soon as an error is detected, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. Optionally, you can use your contingent and have the error narrowed down and rectified by our experienced consultants. Any necessary communication with manufacturers can also be taken over.

Managed Services:

The reliable operation and maintenance of a backup environment requires specialized know-how and experience. It is also extremely important to ensure operations even when employees are absent. Our managed service is a flexible and cost-effective alternative. Only the time actually spent will be charged. In addition, the quota can also be used for upgrades, conversions, etc. You define the beginning, the extent and the end of the support. Unused time quota+ can be used later.


Your project load leaves too little time for administrative work? Do you have to react quickly and flexibly to absences due to vacation and illness? Are there topics where you need quick and uncomplicated external support from experts? The supported topics are discussed individually and defined in a ticket. Possible topics:
