Search dg mail for Notes:
If the product dg mail for Notes is in use, the WebClient now offers users the option of searching for personal e-mails in the archive. For this purpose, settings must be made in the dg connect WCF configuration file as well as in the corresponding user objects in the Active Directory. With the appropriate authorization, it is also possible to search for emails in all archived mailboxes. This authorization to search in all mailboxes must be granted individually by the administrator for the corresponding users in dg hyparchive UserAdmin. As an alternative to research, there is also the option of navigating through a hierarchical display of the archived e-mails. Notes mails are saved in dg hyparchive in the Notes proprietary NSF format. In addition, the first 32 KB of the mail text are included in the index data. By default, the mail is displayed in the WebClient based on the index data. Alternatively, the complete mail can also be converted to PDF and displayed on-the-fly. For the conversion it is necessary that at least one Notes client is installed on the web server and that the OutsideIn technology from Oracle is also licensed for use in the dg hyparchive web client.

Improving usability for administrators and end users:
- Administration database: The user interface for configuring the default settings and the settings templates has been revised. The dg mail logging has been revised and expanded.
- Request processing: If the request processing fails, it will be restarted automatically. Only after all attempts have failed is the request saved with the Error status. When reloading, it is shown more clearly whether it is a file attachment or an e-mail that is being reloaded.
- Search: Search queries can be started by the administrator from the administration database. The reloading of e-mails to restore complete mailboxes has been optimized and documented. The access rights check for searches across all mailboxes has been revised.
